This product operates without live support. The answers below cover the most common issues.

I purchased on Gumroad but can't access the app.

Access is granted via the email address used at checkout. Register or sign in with that exact address. If you used a different email, see the email mismatch item below. Allow up to 5 minutes for the webhook to process.

My trial expired and I'm hitting a paywall.

Go to /pricing and activate a subscription through Gumroad. Once payment is confirmed your account unlocks automatically — no manual step needed. If the paywall persists after 5 minutes, sign out and sign back in to refresh your session.

PDF export is failing or the file is blank.

PDF generation needs the assessment to be fully saved. Open the record, wait for the page to load completely, then retry the export. If the issue persists, try a different browser. Safari has known print-rendering limitations.

The email on my Gumroad receipt doesn't match my app account.

The system grants access based on an exact email match. Create a new account using the Gumroad email, or email us with both addresses and your Gumroad order number and we will merge the records manually.

I'm seeing a rate limit error.

The classifier enforces per-account limits to manage API costs. Wait 60 seconds and retry. If you are consistently hitting limits under normal use, contact us with your account email and we will review your quota.
